New two-storey house in a fenced complex consisting of 10 houses located in Bryastovets village. It has area of 88.04 m2 and it consists of three bedrooms, bathroom and WC. The bedrooms have size respectively – 17.09 m2, 15.74 m2, and 16.03 m2. Both bedrooms have a common terrace, which faces southwest. The floors of the bedrooms are heat insulated and with laminated parquet. In every bedroom there is 3 electrical wall-plugs and TV outlet. All rooms are painted in white water-based paint. The bathroom /4.74 m2/ and toilette /1.80 m2/ are completely faced with terracotta and faience tiles. In the bathroom there is a shower cubicle mounted. The houses are monolithic, executed in accordance with all requirements for hydro- and heat-insulation. The second floor is faced with external oak paneling for better heat insulation and more authentic appearance. The whole house is executed with 7 chamber PVC window and door glass-block having the colour of an old tree. The first floor is rendered with special silicone plaster for external conditions. The entrance door is made of solid oak, and the interior doors are made of dense MDF. The electrical and water sewerage systems are designed and executed in accordance with all requirements of EU. It is intended Internet, telephone, and cable TV. The garden is planted with ray grass, bushes and trees. Each plot is fenced with decorative wooden fence.
